The Rethink SEL & Mental Health PLC summer series is now open for registration in Whetstone. The PLC series is offered for all K-12 teachers and support staff. The Office of Special Education (OSE) is offering a 3-day “UDL Teacher Residency” for both general education and special education teachers. Teachers will develop a shared understanding of UDL principles and guidelines. Through professional learning on the Six-Step Lesson Planning Cycle, participants will be provided with the knowledge and tools to implement changes to their lesson planning, instructional practices, and overall mindsets that will enhance students. Consider asking your teacher colleagues to join you as a team. Registration is in Whetstone for Aug. 16, 17 & 18.
